Crispy kale chips

Intro:
Kale is packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. These flavorful and easy-to-make snacks are low in calories and high in fiber. Baking kale chips retains the nutrients while eliminating unhealthy fats, making them a guilt-free treat for the whole family.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Portions: 2-4, depending on the size of the bunch

Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale, possibly orgnic
olive oil
Kosher salt
pepper
paprika podwer

Procedure:
1. Wash the kale and remove the hard stem, break the leaves in pieces.
2. Wipe it dry thoroughly with paper towels. This step is very important to prevent sogginess! Let it sit to dry for some time if possible.
3. Brush the kale with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
4. Bake at 175C/350F for about 15 minutes or until crispy.

Notes:
Crispy kale is best enjoyed immediately!
